How do I give feedback?After you make a call, you'll be asked to rate your experience, to give that listing a rating of between one to five stars (5 stars being the highest). A rating of 4 or 5 will improve that listing's overall rating; a rating of 1 or 2 will lower it.
When your Call is over, you'll see a page inviting you to leave feedback in the form of a 1 to 5 star rating, along with written comments which will appear alongside the listing. Please be fair and responsible in your comments; remember, anyone who clicks on that listing will be able to read them!
You can also leave written feedback by finding the listing you just called on your Transaction Details page (found on the My Account page) and selecting Leave Feedback.
Note: You may only rate up to 3 calls per day with any given advisor. You have up to 90 days to leave feedback for a call and your written comments will be visible for 18 months.
